We give because we love others, we want to obey God, and because giving is a result of the Gospel. 

Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver."

How can we give?

There are three ways to give to Cornerstone.

You can place cash or a check in the offering plate each Sunday. 

 

You can give online through Cornerstone Connection. You do not have to have an account with us to give but it does make it easier. Click here to be redirected to CC where you can set up an acocunt.

 

You can have your bank mail us a check through a bill pay system.

Who keeps track of the money and how is it spent?

The finance team is charged with putting together and maintaining a member-approved budget.  The church treasurer and receivables treasurer work with the administrative pastor and the finance team to make sure all financial transactions are documented and handled properly.  The church’s financials are reviewed quarterly by the members and annually by an outside firm.

Where does the money go?

General Fund

Funds ministries, pays the bills and staff, keeps the building looking good!

Fellowship Fund

The FF is used to help members who are in short-term financial need.

Special

From time to time there is a special giving opportunity available like Missionary Christmas.
